Hello
I would like to formally introduce myself. I am Amelia Glenn and I am 25. I have lived in Nevada all of my life. I enjoy capming and playing sports. I also love that I am in school. I have two wonderful children. Larissa is 8 and Calub will be 4 in a couple of days. I find it sometimes difficult to keep up with what life puts me through. Like thay say you need to roll with the puches and keep going. I thin that this blog will be a great thing for me. I feel like I will be able to express my feeling about life without hurting anyones feeling or getting judged. I would like to wish all of you a great week.

Amelia thank you for your kind words and that was just a bad all together. I am pleased to meet you and hope this blogging thing works out for all of us since none of us seems to know where it will take us. Life will always give us challenges that we must endure. Its how we choose to handle them that will make the difference. Have a great week and look forward to this and our class time together.

ReplyDeleteWow, you have lived in Nevada your whole life? that is amazing to me. How do you deal with the fact that Las Vegas is so close to you? I have always heard from many people in my family that have visited that it is the city that never sleeps. I guess then again living there your whole life you probably grow out of the partying life style eventually right?, or it just makes it that much more easier to ignore?. Although I do not have kids I know that raising two of your own must be very difficult at times. I am proud to see that through all of your struggles, you are still deciding to attend college. I just want to say great job and keep up the good work, I think anybody with kids and still attending college is so amazing to me. I do not know how you find the strength to do it! I look forward to meeting you in class :)

ReplyDeleteBelieve it or not I have never been to Las Vegas. Here in Carson our stores and everything are open 24hours. It makes it really nice if you need a gallon of milk or something at the last minute. I grew out of the partying along time ago. Thank you for the compliments. I look forward to talking to you soon.
